  • Copyright fee: Treatment of the complaint of the VG-Wort, initiated a new argumentation and a strategic alliance with 5 printer manufacturers, e.g.: EPSON, Kyocera Mita, Xerox, which I coordinate (same statement etc.).

    OLG Düsseldorf decision: "EPSON, Kyocera, Xerox don´t have to pay copyright fee for printers." They saved 400 million €.

  • Restructuring of the world-wide fisher group from 40 to 28 companies in a holding company (annual project): Incorporate the company group into the fischer group.
  • Founding foreign subsidaries, e.g. China, India, CZ, PL et al.

  • Risk minimisation: Foreign photos, without control on own website.
  • Own commercial idea: Customer binding system "first choice", check of a co-operation with Bosch, Kärcher, fisher and EPSON (project leader).
